Welcome to TeaSalt&Spices.
We believe it is important that you know exactly what to expect from us. Therefore, you will find our general terms and conditions below.

1. Application
These terms apply to all orders placed with TeaSalt&Spices, both through our website and other channels.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and availability
Our spice boxes are carefully assembled. We do our best to keep the stock information on the website up to date.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you.
The photos and descriptions on our website give an accurate impression of our products, but slight variations in packaging or color may occur.

3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, but for ongoing orders the price valid at the time of purchase applies.

4. Payment
You can pay securely via iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or Shopify Payments.
Your order will only be shipped once the payment has been completed.

5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
Within the Netherlands and Europe, we work with reliable shipping partners.
Orders above €50 are shipped free of charge.
We strive to deliver on time, but delays by the carrier may occur.

6. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
After receiving the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note: opened spice boxes cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

7. Liability
Our products are intended for culinary use only.
Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies.
TeaSalt&Spices is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products.

Not satisfied or something not right? Let us know via info@teasaltandspices.com
We usually respond within five working days and will work with you to find a solution.

9. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, designs, and recipes on our website are the property of TeaSalt&Spices.
Do not use or copy them without our permission.

We handle personal data with care.
